These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ClipSnap ("we", "us", the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

ClipSnap is a software-as-a-service tool that analyses a video you supply, identifies potentially engaging moments, and renders vertical 9:16 clips with captions. Output quality depends on the source material and is provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans and Credits

• Quick Pass (₹69) — one-time purchase granting 150 Credits.
• Pro Plan (₹299/month) — recurring subscription granting 750 Credits each billing cycle.
• Agency Plan (₹699/month) — recurring subscription granting 2,000 Credits each billing cycle.

There is no free tier. Credits are consumed when a video is analysed and when clips are rendered; AI Edit & Polish renders consume additional credits. Unused credits do not carry over unless stated on the pricing page.

4. Your content and rights

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every video you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates a third party's rights or a platform's terms. We may suspend accounts that do so.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We rely on third-party providers (transcription, AI analysis and rendering) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding one month.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
