Digital delivery only

ClipSnap is a purely digital service. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses are collected.

Delivery of Credits

Credits are credited to your account instantly once Razorpay confirms your payment — typically within a few seconds. Your updated balance appears in the dashboard header and in the Minute Ledger.

Delivery of rendered clips

Generated clips are delivered digitally inside your dashboard as soon as rendering completes. Analysis usually takes under a minute, and each clip render typically completes within 1–5 minutes depending on length and options. Every finished clip can be previewed in 9:16 and downloaded as an MP4 directly from the browser.

If delivery does not happen

If a payment succeeds but credits are not credited, or a render does not complete, contact thecutcast84@gmail.com with your payment ID. Failed renders are automatically refunded to your minute balance.
